Splash Beach Resort 1801E-A

We stayed in this place for a last minute getaway to PCB. There were pros and cons to our stay but I would still give it 5 stars because it was exactly what we needed. The place is very much a kids resort, so if you’re looking for an “adult” getaway, I’d choose a different location. However, this room is secluded from the rest and we were still able to have lots of peace and quiet throughout our stay.
Pros: The place is beautiful , the location is great, the view was amazing! We also really enjoyed being able to relax and rewind on the balcony every night and morning!
Cons: You have to pay an additional $25 per hour for early check-in/late check out. Parking is $40 per vehicle. It does feel like you are charged for additional cost that most Airbnbs do not tag on. Keep that in mind. The elevators are packed with large families headed to and from the beach and you might be waiting a few rounds before getting on.
All in all, we had a great time! Thank you for a great stay!

We appreciate you sharing helpful notes for future guests. Splash is a family-friendly resort, and peak beach times can bring more activity around the elevators and amenities. Parking fees are set by the resort, and early check-in or late check-out is an optional add-on when available.

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences, truly. The host was attentive and responded to our concerns and apologetic over a mishap. The view was spectacular, the bed was super comfortable. The area was peaceful, only thing I would recommend that if you are checking out on a Sunday at the Splash Resort to pack up if you can the night before. The elevators were at max capacity and had you waiting a long time for a ride because everyone would check out at the same time and with only 2 elevators for each side, with like 20/21 floors you can imagine the length of time you are waiting for an elevators turn to stop at your floor. So just do yourself a favor and think smarter and pack up the night before you are checking out, it will save you a ton of time a frustration!!
Seriously though, still one our our best experiences all around with Panhandle Getaways and getting free tickets they advertise was worth everything and more!
